What can I say? I get excited about the gospel. The wonder of seeing God completely transform a person's heart and set their life on fire for Him is a true wonder.

Someone else we know who is truly passionate about the gospel is Daada Luogon. If you've never met Daada then you're in for a treat this Sunday as he comes to share with us what God is doing not just in North London through his work with London City Mission (LCM) but also in his native country of Liberia in West Africa, where Daada visited just a few weeks ago. Daada, his wife Naomi and his children have been visiting us at BEChurch for over 10 years and each year it's been impossible not to be moved by the reports he shares about God at work in people's lives.

As a church, we get to be a small part of that work as we help by collecting and donating toys, gifts and funds at this time of the year for Daada to use in the outreach work in Kings Cross. If you're bringing toys please try to arrive a few minutes early so we can collect them together in the hall before the service starts.

After the service don't go home but stay for a "Bring & Share" meal. As usual, please bring enough food for those you come with but we'll serve all the food brought as a buffet to share together as we spend time in fellowship with one another and with Daada and his family.
